By using our Services, you also acknowledge that you cannot and will not hold Bigtechexperts.com liable if our questions do not appear in your interviews, if our content does not meet your expectations, or if you do not achieve desired interview outcomes, that your interview performance depends on numerous factors completely beyond our preparation materials including your technical skills, experience, communication abilities, and factors specific to each interview situation, that Bigtechexperts.com is under no obligation to update, modify, or refresh content after your purchase and cannot be held liable for content that remains unchanged for any period of time following your subscription or purchase, that content update frequency is entirely at Bigtechexperts.com's discretion and no specific timeline or schedule for updates should be expected, and that all purchases are final and non-refundable regardless of interview outcomes, content satisfaction, or content update frequency.

BIGTECHEXPERTS.COM IS AN INDEPENDENT WEBSITE. BIGTECHEXPERTS.COM DOES NOT REPRESENT AND IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY COMPANY, ORGANIZATION OR ASSOCIATION IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Google, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Netflix, Stripe, Tesla, or any other technology company mentioned on our platform. We do not represent these companies in any capacity, have no special relationship with them, and they have not reviewed, approved, or endorsed our content. We have no insider access to their interview processes, questions, or practices. Any reference to these companies is purely for informational and educational purposes only. You agree that:

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription-based access to premium content with monthly and annual billing options. ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE CHARGED IN ADVANCE AND ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of usage, satisfaction with content, interview outcomes, or any other circumstances. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances except as may be required by applicable law.

4.2 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through Stripe Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, you are entering into a separate agreement with Stripe and must comply with their terms of service and privacy policies, available at https://stripe.com/legal/consumer. Bigtechexperts.com does not control Stripe's services and is not responsible for their performance or policies. You must provide accurate payment information, and you consent to Bigtechexperts.com sharing your payment and account details with Stripe as necessary to complete transactions and maintain your subscription.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal (accessible from the pricing page or from your account menu).

4.4 Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

4.5 Payment Security Disclaimer

We utilize third-party services (Stripe) for payment processing and do not store or have access to your complete banking or credit card information. You use our payment services at your own risk and accept all liability associated with providing payment information. Although we implement security measures, you have the sole responsibility for ensuring that you take necessary precautions to protect your private financial information. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your payment information that may occur through third-party services or other means beyond our direct control.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SHOULD YOU BECOME UNSATISFIED WITH ANY ASPECT OF OUR PLATFORM OR DISAGREE WITH ANY PROVISIONS IN THESE TERMS, YOUR ONLY AVAILABLE RECOURSE IS TO CEASE ALL USE OF OUR SERVICES.

5.2 Educational Purpose Only

By using our Services, you expressly agree that you cannot and will not hold Bigtechexperts.com liable if our questions do not appear in your actual interviews at Google, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Netflix, Stripe, Tesla, or any other technology companies for which we provide interview preparation content, or if our questions do not appear in interviews at any other companies or organizations where you may interview. You further agree that Bigtechexperts.com shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction with our paid premium content or free content offerings, regardless of your expectations, the time you spent using our materials, or any outcomes from your interview preparation or interview performance.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIGTECHEXPERTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to:

Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Failure to obtain employment or interview success
Costs of substitute goods or services
Loss of data or information
Any other damages related to your use of our Services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

5.4 Release and Waiver

You expressly agree to release and permanently absolve Bigtechexperts.com (including our management, staff, representatives, successors, and assignees) from all current, prior, and future claims, disputes, legal actions, demands, controversies, liabilities, obligations, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever that have emerged or may emerge from your use of our Services, including without limitation any matters involving third-party service providers, payment processing systems, or any results stemming from your interview preparation activities or actual interview performance.

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU HEREBY WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542 IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING, WHICH STATES: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately, and any outstanding subscription fees remain non-refundable.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the dispute arises, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bigtechexperts.com regarding our Services.

11.4 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
